Distilled from malted barley fermented with pure mountain spring water and aged in American white oak bourbon casks and sherry barrels. Bottled at 50% ABV without chill filtration. Floral aromas of yellow plum, orange blossom, and vanilla, with a rich palate of honeyed cereal and oak spice.
