From the new wave Kanosuke Distillery located on Fukiagehama sand beach in Kagoshima. Distilled using three unique pot stills with varying arm angles and matured in re-charred oak casks previously used for aging aged Shochu (Komasa Shochu). Bottled at 48% ABV. Aromas of honey, mint, and tea leaves. Palate delivers cinnamon, ginger, candied lemon, and subtle oak tannin.
