Sommelier & Cellar Notes
A historical vatting of single malts from the legendary closed Hanyu Distillery (owned by Ichiro's grandfather) and the current Chichibu Distillery. Matured in Japanese Mizunara wood casks. Deep aromas of sandalwood, incense, candied grapefruit, and dried fig. The palate is rich with sweet cedar, dark honey, white pepper, and velvety oak tannins.
